PALS Program

Productive After School Learning Session

The after school tutoring program is going to be available to those students in grades 6-12, on Tuesday Only, from 3:15-4:15 p.m. This program is designed to help those students who are struggling in a class for such reasons as failing to turn in work, lack of understanding of course materials as well as just the need for extra help.

There will be two ways that a student can be placed into PALS:

1. A teacher may assign a student a day or more for the above mentioned reasons, or

2. A parent can assign a student into PALS on a weekly basis. If the parent requests this, the student would take an assignment sheet to each class to write down the assignment for that class. At the end of the day that student would be responsible for completing those assignments during PALS.
