Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Hope you are getting ready to have a great evening cheering on your favorite team (besides the BlueJays). Before it gets too late, here is the updated schedule for our last week of regular season basketball. Can't believe we are already here. Week of 2/12-2/16 Monday 2/12: NO SCHOOL; HSBB vs Zalma 5pm, varsity only; HSGB vs East Prairie, varsity only, 6:30pm Tuesday 2/13: HSBB Senior Night vs Bell City, JV/Varsity starting at 6pm. We will do the senior recognition right after the JV game. Wednesday 2/14: Happy Valentine's Day! No Games Thursday 2/15: HSGB vs Woodland 5pm, varsity only, HSBB vs Valle, varsity only 6:30pm. Friday 2/16: NO GAMES If anything changes, I will let you all know. I hope to see you all at the home games this week and good luck to both boys and girls teams.

I am going to share with you the next two weeks of athletic activities because that is all we have left until District Basketball Tournaments, which start on 2/19. Please let me know if you have any questions and I will keep you updated with any changes. Monday 2/5: HSGB @ Scott City, Varsity only 6pm. HSBB vs Kelly 6pm, both JV and Varsity full games Tuesday 2/6: HSBB vs Meadow Hts, 1/2 JV game and full varsity starting at 6pm Wednesday 2/7: HSGB vs St. Vincent, Varsity will play first at 6pm, followed by 2 qtrs of JV. Thursday 2/8: NO GAMES Friday 2/9: HSBB @ Saxony 6pm, JV/Varsity Saturday 2/10: HSGB @ SCC 3pm, 1/2 JV, full varsity Monday 2/12: NO SCHOOL, HSGB vs East Prairie, 1/2 JV, full varsity starting at 6pm. Tuesday 2/13: HSBB SENIOR Night vs Bell City 6pm, JV/Varsity and we will recognize the Seniors before the varsity game, including cheerleading. Wednesday 2/14: NO GAMES Thursday 2/15: HSGB vs Woodland, Varsity only 6pm. Friday 2/16: NO Games Monday 2/19, Wednesday 2/21, Friday 2/23: HSGB District Tournament @ SCC, times to be announced. Tuesday 2/20, Thursday 2/22, Saturday 2/24: HSBB District Tournament @ South Iron, times to be announced. If there are any changes, I will absolutely let you know. IN 2 DAYS: Dodge ball/game night in the new gym, Friday, Feb 2 from 6-8 pm. Some games added: 3 ft wide inflatable soccer ball for human foosball! Glow in the dark capture the flag, cornhole boards. and possibility of spikeball! Along with board games. Snacks served too! All 6-12 grade students are invited at no cost. Invite some one and join us!!
