Hi BlueJay Fans, we have another action packed schedule for you this week. Week of 9/15-9/19.
Monday 9/15: JHGB @ Scott City, 2 games starting at 5pm. Bus will leave at 3:30pm. HSVB vs Crystal City JV/V 5:30pm.
Tuesday, 9/16: JHGB vs Kelly, 2 games starting at 5:30pm. HSVB @ Zalma, Varsity only, 6pm.
Wednesday, 9/17: No Games
Thursday, 9/18: JHGB @ Advance, 1 game only starting at 6pm. HSVB vs Oran, JV/V 5:30pm.
Friday, 9/19: NO SCHOOL; East Perry Fair.

What a busy Saturday for our JH/HSXC and HSVB team today. XC did great at the AV Invitational, with two runners medaling. Congratulations to Avery Hahs and Parker Schoen. Avery finished 3rd overall and Parker finished 2nd in Class 1. Great race from everyone, especially in this heat. HSVB went 5-1 on the weekend in the Dig For Life TRN getting beat in the quarterfinal game by Bell City. Great tournament and good job girls. Congratulations to Kenadie Ward for reaching 1000 career assists this weekend.

This week at the Oak Ridge R-6 Board Meeting, we recognized a few outstanding members of our school community. Congratulations to middle/high school educator Jess Fronabarger, staff member Karen Schroeder, and student Kaelyn Deckard for their hard work and dedication. Saturday, 9/13: JH/HSXC @ Arcadia Valley 8am, HSGB @ Dig for Life TRN. 8:50am @ rec center. I have attached the Dig For Life Tournament link for you to find all the games played. JH/HS ORXC had a great race today in Dexter. Many great times and two of our JH boys finished in the top 8 with Silas Newell 8th and Avery Hahs placing 1st for our JH. Congratulations and we are proud of everyone.

BIG Congratulations to Jayleigh Price for being selected to the Woodland Volleyball TRN All Tournament Team! We are so proud of you and congratulations.

The Oak Ridge varsity volleyball team got the win tonight at the Woodland Invitational Volleyball Tournament by beating Meadow Heights in straight sets 24,25,23 to claim 3rd place. Way to go girls and Coaches.
